Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase. Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. Once your order arrives, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any item, simply let us know so we can arrange for a replacement.

We will gladly accept returns within 14 business days from date of receipt of your order. All items returned must be in good, resalable condition. We will not issue a refund if the returned items are damaged, used, or altered in any manner.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items cannot be returned after 14 business days from the receipt of the original order.

If you receive items that are damaged upon arrival within 14 business days from receipt, please contact us immediately at 1-800-880-4923. We will either replace the damaged items OR offer a refund of the merchandise amount at our discretion. Please do not return the damaged items before you have had a chance to contact us first.

Items purchased in the SALE section are final sale and cannot be returned.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item(s) to make sure they are in good, resalable condition. A refund will be issued to your credit card (or original form of payment) within 3 to 5 business days after receipt and inspection of your return.

International shipments

We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or credit for chocolate that may be damaged or delayed by International Customs. Please take this into consideration before placing international orders.
